The green mesh at the front & sides keep your feet nice & cool, the grip is good even on un-even ground & wet rocks. The fit is very good keeps your foot rigid in the trainer.

These trainers seem to be aimed at the walking/hiking side of activities, instead of running. Tried running in these but the heel at the back is very rigid & found it irritated the back of my heel.
