They hold your ankle tight due to the elastic stripe you wrap around your ankle and affirm it with a dry zip. The feet feel like in heaven. Honestly, can not recommend them enough. The soft cussioned soles (btw it is two types of changeable insoles, one is without the supportive ankle stripe)papmer your feet so you can just focus on your game.
