Superb middle distance trail shoe.
Bought these trail shoes having tried them on in a shop beforehand where they felt a great fit. Straight from the box i did two five milers in them and then decided to run the three Yorkshire Peaks as a tester. The shoe was superb on mixed wet/dry farm tracks as well as steep rocky slopes up and down! The special sole unit that protects your feet against stones works very well indeed.i then used the shoes for a fifty mile event that was mainly on farm tracks/bridleways.The weather was boiling hot and this may be where i/the shoes came unstuck.At this distance my feet swelled and owing to the narrower fit than say a Saucony i finished with blisters on the balls of my feet the first blisters for years.Wouild reccommend these shoes unreservedly for events of fourty miles or less on any terrain other than out and out fells.

Really grippy and even though it feels like your foot could roll due to the high heel my feet were strapped in well and the laces didn't slip once. They are light too so for long distances these are also ideal.
