Mens Strive II
I own the mens version of this shoe and have been using it for work for about 3 months. I am a childrens activity instructor and am often on my feet for 12 hours a day.
I havn't used any north face gear before and am pleased to say that you dont just pay for the brand name, the shoe itself has held up very well, the footbed deserves the most mention as many cheaper footbeds colapse after 3 month of use in this industry. The footbed in my shoes still provides a good level of comfort. The tread has also held up very well i still get good friction on all terrain and have climbed VS (very severe) climbs in these shoes.

It is important to realise there is no waterproofing at all on this shoe - they keep out light rain and thats it.

I brought these shoes in a sale and paid a good price, if brought at a reduced rate i'd score 4 stars but at RRP they only get 3 from me.
